Title:

Senior/Lead QA EngineersDiscover and implement gaps in automation framework and system-integration test cases for a modern cloud-scale SmartNIC and Networking infrastructure vendor.

Technical Requirements 8+ years of experience Experience with modern SmartNICs (pcie device and BITW modes) SoC Strong understanding of networking concepts (SDN, routing, L2/L3) System Integration Testing, right from tests' discovery, test-plan preparation and overall delivery of quality product Automation infra development for plugging into CI C/cpp/python Able to work with cross-geography team, build consensus across teams Leadership qualities can identify tasks, assess priorities, in addition to executing them Able to work in tight timelinesSoft-skills, Expectations and Responsibilities Very strong communication skills, active listening Discover product requirements and propose System Integration Test plan Able to justify/defend technical decisions/choices against peer reviews/criticism, but at the same time flexible in accepting objective feedback for improvements Engage with the customer and take ownership of testing and quality delivery Identify automation needs how the existing automation infra can be leveraged and if there are any missing pieces Implement missing pieces of automation infra Execute and Evolve System Integration Tests Constantly drive for more effective automation and remain curious to explore ways to make the test infra (and the product) better Show initiative, do not wait to be assigned tasks, find the tasks that need to be executed Collaborate with multiple team-mates and also multiple engineers in customer's team for knowledge gathering and building consensus.

Be prepared to collaborate and 'pull' information to make progress instead of waiting for the right know-how to become available.

Able to deliver on tight timelines, demonstrate design foresight to accommodate requirement changes.
