Sales Call RepresentativeJob Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Call Representative to join our sales team.
As a Sales Call Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective students and businesses over the phone, promoting our summer training programs and e-commerce services.
You will play a crucial role in generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Outbound
Sales Calls:
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective students and businesses.
Introduce and explain the benefits of our summer training programs and e-commerce services.
Identify the needs and goals of potential clients and tailor your pitch accordingly.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
Follow up with leads promptly to ensure a high conversion rate.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and manage follow-up communication.
Sales Presentations:
provide detailed information about our training programs and e-commerce services.
Schedule and conduct virtual presentations or meetings as needed.
Address any questions or concerns potential clients may have.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
Update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.(Hindi, English,Punjabi)Ability to understand and address clients' needs effectively.
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.Shifts:
Morning Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM ( including 1 hr Break time)
Evening Shift : 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM ( including 1 hr Break Time)
