This includes tasks such as ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, organizing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines.


  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages, as well as preparing outgoing mail for delivery or courier pickup.
  • Assisting in organizing files, documents, and records, both physically and digitally. This may involve filing papers, scanning documents, and maintaining electronic databases.
  • Running various errands outside the office, such as making bank deposits, delivering documents to clients or vendors, and purchasing office supplies.
  • Providing general assistance to office staff, including making coffee or tea, setting up meeting rooms, and assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed.
  • Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel within the organization.
  • Inputting and updating data into spreadsheets, databases, or other digital systems as required.
  • Helping to organize and set up for meetings, conferences, or other office events, including arranging catering and setting up audiovisual equipment.
  • Keeping track of office supplies inventory, placing orders for replenishment, and monitoring stock levels to ensure adequate supply.
  • Performing various miscellaneous tasks and providing support as requested by office managers or other staff members.

Salary:
₹5, ₹8,000.00 per month
