UI/UX Designer

Location:
Noida

We are looking for a passionate and skilled UI/UX Designer who is eager to contribute

to the designing of exceptional user interfaces. If you have a strong desire to create

beautiful and functional digital experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers
- and engineers

  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity visual designs that are both
- aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly

  • Conduct user research, testing, and evaluation to validate design decisions and
- identify areas for improvement

  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Follow & grow the Design System to ensure consistency across multiple
- platforms.

  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Requirements:

  • 23+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design principles with a focus on user
- experience (UX) best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, humancomputer interaction (HCI), or a related
- field.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problemsolving abilities
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and
- other relevant design tools.

  • Fluency in best practices for mobile and webbased information architecture and
- design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.

  • Strong problemsolving skills, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional
- written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate
- design concepts.

  • Musthave experience in handling both domestic and international clients,
- working individually and collaboratively

Research and Analysis:

You depend on user-centric critical analysis and problem-:

  • solving. Experience with User Research methods
  • user personas, journey
- mapping, and competitor analysis.

  • A level of Obsession: That one last pixel not at the right place bothers you and you
- are extremely uncomfortable doing average work.

  • Team player: You work happily with developers to make sure what you envision is
- delivered as well.

  • Design Consistency: You understand brand guidelines and can make sure they are
- consistently applied throughout the product & even every aspect of user
- communication
