Job Description:

Global Treasury Team

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform activities with minimum supervision
Displays ability to navigate through SOP's/training material to perform activities on their own.
Ability to meet timelines and accuracy
Performing end to end Treasury function
Payment input on international bank platform and reconciliation
Thorough Analysis of Invoices and bank statements
Working on excel based Invoice Trackers and account opening forms
Working knowledge on Yardi, OCR and any other automation platform

The Experience You Bring:

Graduate or MBA in finance with outstanding academic achievements
0-3 years of experience in Real estate Treasury and accounting
Experience in finance, accounting, real estate, fund administration is added advantage
Excellent communication skills.
Must have strong interests in developing a career in the financial markets
Highly adaptable, flexible and forward-thinking; result oriented
Independent; the ability to take on responsibility as a team member
Expertise in MS Office including Advanced Excel, Macros and PowerPoint
