Behavior technician (ABA) is primarily responsible for,
- direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and help generalize the skills in different settings to children on Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other developmental delays.
- direct implementation of treatment plans related to skill
- acquisition and behaviour reduction.
- assisting a Behavior analyst in helping making progress reports for clients.

  • Establishing & maintaining therapeutic relationship by pairing self as a reinforcing entity and building the value for the child.
  • Accurately collects behaviour data on MS Excel daily and graphs the data as and when required.
Educational Requirements

  • Ability to empathize with clients and their family members is a must.
  • Ability to remain professional, flexible and adaptable with clients and their family members is a must.

Pay:
₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month
