We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Group Benefits and Wellbeing Operations role .
Fixed Term HSBC Direct Contract role for 6 Months.
What you'll do:
The role is part of the Benefits Operations team and the jobholder plays a significant role in overseeing the development and implementation of Benefits projects and initiatives across HSBC network, ensuring they align with the global/regional/country guidelines and HR policies. The incumbent will be responsible for working with the Country/Regional/Global Benefits Leads in supporting the delivery of the Benefits projects and initiatives. Analyze benefits dashboards, data and trends and recommend employee experience. Will be responsible for delivering Reporting, Analytics and Insights on full range of benefits activities Support employee queries and escalations through case management by coordinating with country/benefits SMEs or external vendors as required. Exhibit ability to work independently with minimal guidance whilst also collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs Proactive approach to process improvement, ensure appropriate performance standards controls and governance on processes delivered by the team Partner with colleagues locally and globally to ensure streamlined delivery of benefits related process administration. RequirementsWhat you will need to succeed in the role:
Bachelor's/Post-graduate degree in business, human resources, related field or equivalent 5-6 years of required and demonstrated experience/responsibility in managing Employee Benefits for one or more of the regions (EMEA, MENAT, UK, ASP) Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint Must Have strong written and verbal communication skill including presentation skills Ability to perform in high-pressure environment and ability to manage small to medium sized projects appropriatelyWhat additional skills will be good to have?
Adaptable to working with multi-country & diversed skilled teams Ability to work well independently in a high volume environment Relationship Management; ability to navigate through complex, matrix organizations Strong consulting, research, customer service, problem-solving and organizational skills.
