Job: CLD Claims Analyst at IntegriChain
  • Efficiently oversee CLD Claims for external clients by automating file downloads, verifying successful uploads, and promptly communicating request status.
  • Thoroughly review diverse Excel and text files to address error handling requirements in CLD uploads.
  • Possess a strong understanding of multiple portals, navigating functionalities efficiently, and aiding colleagues in retrieving crucial data.
  • Effectively communicate concerns within the business process to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CLD claims processes and implement enhancements for increased efficiency.
  • Stay updated on best practices regarding CLD claims management to improve internal processes continually.
  • Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.
  • Resolve errors based on established rules and make corrections as needed.
  • Manage workload to meet contractual deadlines and handle more demanding timelines.
  • Ensure customer compliance with contract terms, handle inconsistencies in information from various sources, and work with unconventional customer data formats.
  • Adapt to a new contracting system recently introduced in the market.
  • Follow pre-established guidelines to perform job functions efficiently.
  • Monitor and review data from the system, reconcile, track, and troubleshoot requested vs actual data.
  • Analyze errors and develop solutions to address them.

Qualifications:
  • Any graduate with a background in business, finance, accounting, or information management preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to convey complex issues using various methods.
  • Experience in claims processing or utilizing claims data preferred.
  • Knowledge in Insurance, Finance, and Pharma domains as a Data Analyst, Claims Analyst, Rebate Analyst, or Process Associate.
  • Proficient in analyzing large volumes of data to identify trends.
  • Quick learner and adept at adapting to new software swiftly.
  • Previous experience in claims processing, financial report handling/generation advantageous.
  • Experience in end-to-end data processing preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Managed Care, Medicaid, Contracting, and government pricing applications preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential.
