  • Implement data quality protocols across data processes, storage, and usage.
  • 2+ years of software development experience.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Target's tech capabilities, as well as key competitors' products and unique features.
  • Familiarity with package-specific setup and deployment, and ability to create custom solutions.
  • Experience in developing Data Pipelines using Scala, Spark, Hadoop, HiveQL, etc.
  • Experience with streaming frameworks like Kafka.
  • Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, and Data Profiling.
  • Create new testing approaches and handle technical challenges independently.
  • Cultivate strong team commitment to support team priorities effectively.
  • Effectively convey Agile concepts to partners in the product team.
