You are responsible for

  • Coordinates the efficient and effective order flow from the moment of receipt and processing up to delivery of goods.
Drive effective Order allocation and escalations for MR coils

  • Ensure strong engagement with the customers to ensure compliance and alignment with customer to deploy corrective actions agreed as per the inputs received from 'Voice of Customer'
  • Ensure Compliance to QMS / Regulatory and Statutory audit requirements / Compliance System audits/Export Control compliance checks.
  • Coach and support colleagues, collaboratively build knowledge and shape Order management in our organization
  • Responsible for E2E execution of Commercial Returns. Manage ON Time DefOA support from Order Management Perspective and ensure Parts return from Markets / SPS for analysis.
  • Initiate and engage in finding solutions and better ways to support operational excellence

OMM team for buyer / purchasing activities

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Any Engineering (Prefer E&E)
  • Experience in Purchasing/procurement activities
  • Having good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication
  • Having experience in SAP
