Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments managing multiple Scrum teams in parallel.
  • Experience facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning events.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate teams towards continuous improvement and agility.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.
  • Passion for agile principles and commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
