We are hiring
Collection Officer for an FMCG distribution company.

Job Location -
Kumbakonam.

**Responsibilities:
- *
  • Lead the payment collection team to ensure timely and effective collections.
  • Develop process to improve payment collection processes and reduce outstanding debts.
  • Oversee multiple branch operations related to payment collection
  • Prepare and present MIS reports on collection activities, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as finance and sales, to streamline collection efforts and resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in payment collection.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
