Job description Details

IC AGIS invoice processing & approving the invoices in Oracle. Prepare and submit Wed ADI journal entries. Run IC Oracle reports, such as (IC billing Summary & Details, AR Ageing & AP TB's, AR Revaluation & AP Revaluation). PDF printing of all monthly IC invoices from Oracle. Prepare Global IC recon for IC receivables and IC payables. Prepare WW IC reconciliations between Subledger and GL balances. Maintain and monitor applicable SOX controls and provide associated support to internal and external auditors. Prepare and publish WW Consolidated IC Reconciliation for local accounting teams. Perform monthly reconciliation and analysis of the WW IC Clearing account with submission in ARCS. Responsible for continuous follow up on the open IC items with local accountants. Responsible for clearing IC credit notes on monthly basis. Assist in preparing IC Project Accounting Clearing revaluation journal entry for LATAM region. Responsible for working with Treasury on settlement of IC invoices. Responsible for preparing IC Metrics for management reporting.

Skills

Firm understanding of accounting concepts and experience with accounting information systems. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to liaise effectively with internal and external accounting teams. Understanding of account reconciliation concept.

Knowledge and Experience

One to three years of experience in the accounting field is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. Knowledge of Oracle is an added advantage. General Ledger or Record to Report experience is an added advantage

Education:

Graduate in accounting. MBA/CA/ICWA (Intermediate) is an added advantage.
