Job Description

About this opportunity:

We are currently seeking an ENM/OSS Solution Architect to engage with Tier-1 Telecom service provider while also coordinating with internal stakeholders. The main responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and developing cost-effective technical solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives. The role involves ensuring profitability for Ericsson in the short and long term by collaborating with the Core 3 team to convert customer needs and technology opportunities into comprehensive technical proposals. Additionally, the position supports Consultants in requirement analysis and high-level design.

What you will do:

  • Scope, define, and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis
  • Lead the team in identifying potential activities and solutions
  • Create technical presentations and proposals, and conduct customer presentations
  • Assist in solution deployment
  • Provide feedback to R&D
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
  • Stay updated on new technology/technical areas and share solution information to enhance customer competence

You will bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • A total of 10-12 years of experience, with a minimum of 4-6 years as a Telecommunications Architect leading large projects
  • Domain expertise: Ericsson ENM suite, 5G end-to-end Architecture, Slicing, Orchestration, OSS, Network Management System, Cloud/Cloud Native
  • Extensive end-to-end knowledge in the OSS domain, with involvement in complex projects related to network management. Hands-on experience in OSS and NMS system deployment and integration
