Experience : 8yearsQualifications :Associate degree or equivalent inarchitectural/electrical/structural/mechanical technology draftingor a related field. Proven experience as aCAD technician with a focus on Revit and BIMprojects. Proficiency in Autodesk Revitsoftware with a strong understanding of BIM principles workflowsand best practices. Solid knowledge ofconstruction industry standards and codes.
Familiarity with other CAD software (AutoCAD Navisworks) andvisualization tools (SketchUp 3ds Max) is aplus. Professional certifications inAutodesk Revit or BIMrelated fields are amust.

JobResponsibilities:
Develop detailed 2D and 3Dmodels using Autodesk Revit software ensuring compliance withproject specifications and standards.
Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders tounderstand project requirements and translate them into accurateCAD/Revit Model drawings. Create andmaintain a library of Revit families templates and constructiondetails to enhance productivity and consistency acrossprojects. Assist in the coordination andintegration of various building systems (e.g. mechanical electricalplumbing) within the Revit environment.
Conduct clash detection and resolve clashes within the BIM model tominimize conflicts and optimize designefficiency. Generate constructiondocumentation including plans elevations sections and scheduleswith a focus on accuracy and clarity. Reviewand mark up drawings for errors omissions and quality assurance andmake necessary revisions to ensure compliance with projectrequirements. Stay updated with the latestRevit software releases tools and industry trends and providerecommendations for process improvements and workflowenhancements. Collaborate with project teamsto facilitate effective communication and coordination throughoutthe design and constructionphases.
