We are hiring for the role Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist (Tech/Functional) to join us and be a part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of HR technology.

Location: PAN India

Experience: 3 – 10 years

Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist:

As an Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) Consultant , candidate must have Implementation and Support experience in two or more modules from the list of modules mentioned below:

Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, ORC, Learning, OTL, HR Helpdesk .

**Experience in only one module can be accepted e.g. Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, ORC, OTL**

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate is expected to have 5 - 10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM Cloud applications.
  • S/he must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations .
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow.
  • Good knowledge on fast formulas, models, letters, approvals, change statement, worksheet upload & management, security .
  • The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
  • Design, and build/configuration of complex requirements in Oracle Cloud.
  • Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
  • Experience of migrating data from varied legacy systems
  • Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project Manager
  • Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
  • Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Basic Skills:

  • Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
  • Experience throughout the software development life cycle
  • Ability to interface directly with client.
