Position Overview:
This role involves managing the data extraction and reporting processes using a SaaS platform.

The key responsibilities include understanding the platform's capabilities, utilizing guides and videos for data retrieval, and organizing the data into customer-specific templates.

The position requires ensuring the clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal of the data presented. Additionally, it involves conducting quality checks, managing deadlines, and communicating effectively to ensure timely report delivery. Responsiveness to feedback and continuous improvement of reporting materials are also crucial aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use howto guides and videos to obtain relevant data and visuals from the platform.
  • Organize and format data and visuals according to customer reporting templates.
  • Ensure data presentation is clear, wellorganized, and visually appealing.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to maintain the accuracy and integrity of data and visuals in reports.
  • Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in the reporting materials.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet report deadlines efficiently.
  • Communicate proactively with relevant parties to ensure timely report delivery.
  • Be receptive to feedback from your manager and customers regarding the reporting materials.
  • Responsively implement adjustments and improvements as suggested to enhance the quality and relevance of the reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Data or related domain with 03 years of experience.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft/Google Workspace PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets including Pivot table, macros, charts etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy and precision in all tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and document preparation.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken communication to effectively convey ideas, insights, and information to team members and clients.
  • A genuine interest in social media platforms and trends and a basic understanding of how they function in a business context.
