Responsibilities:
  • Find resumes and identify relevant keywords as per the company's needs.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through job boards.
  • Maintain and update databases for recruitment purposes.
  • Review candidate credentials and handle documentation.
  • Keep applicants informed about the application process.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates during selection.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and basic Internet surfing.

Duty Hours and Shift:
  • Night Shift (8:30 pm - 5:30 am) from Monday to Friday.
