Description: This is a challenging role suitable for candidates with 3-10 years of experience in Cerner Application support and Incident resolution. As a Cerner Health Information Management Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks including Incident resolution, Implementation of Cerner Millennium Projects, and configuring and troubleshooting CERNER solution functionalities. Some key responsibilities include:


  • Performing complex troubleshooting investigations and documenting notes and knowledge articles.
  • Gathering requirements and determining the scope of work for on-time delivery.
  • Working self-sufficiently on assigned time-sensitive tasks.
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with peers and clients.
  • Providing timely feedback to encourage success.
  • Having strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adapting to changing landscapes and acquiring new skills with technological advancements.
  • Readiness to work at odd hours/on-call and weekends.
