Global Product Enablement Team (GPET) is a key part of the Global Product organization and supports the various Product groups on key global priorities critical to the success of the function.
The Re-engineering team has been established to focus on new & existing opportunities to streamline & standardize processes, deliver services effectively, reducing inherent risk through process redesign, automation and digitization.

The role reports in country to the Re-engineering Lead within Global Product Enablement Team (GPET)
Key tasks & responsibilities
Duties will include:
Lead initiatives to redesign key business processes related to global product by applying Lean principles to eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall efficiency of product enablement processes Assist with evolving the strategic thinking around digital assets services by performing research into this space to help with building business cases. Create and maintainprehensive documentation of global product enablement processes using Business Process Management (BPM) tools. Ensure that process documentation is standardized, accessible, and aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes within the global products enablement lifecycle. Use advanced analytical techniques to identify areas for improvement, optimize process flows, and enhance cross-functional collaboration. Identify opportunities for process automation within the global products business. Collaborate with business teams to implement automation solutions that increase productivity, reduce time-to-market, and enhance product quality. Utilize data analytics to gain insights into the performance of global product businesses. Develop actionable insights and rmendations to drive continuous improvement and optimize resource allocation. Establish and maintain standardized processes and best practices for global product businesses. Develop and implement processernance frameworks to ensure consistency,pliance, and scalability. Drive digital transformation initiatives within the global products businesses. Identify and leverage emerging technologies and digital solutions to enhance process efficiency, agility, and innovation. Establishernance, change management and key milestones to track and manage project delivery. Manage all aspects of the project, including requirements, design, development priorities, quality assurance,munications, deployment and stabilization. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure strong teaming, and improve the overall success of the project. Act as consultant or advisor by sharing experience, ideas and solutions to transform product businesses Profile / Requirements:
8-10 years of overall experience with 6+ years of relevant experience in Process Mapping, Reengineering, Operational Excellence or Operational Improvement & Project Management roles. Knowledge of the DLT activity, AI activity, and regulatory activity is a plus. Demonstrated passion for innovation and emerging digital technologies with natural curiosity around new technological evolution Ability to build and lead Transformation Roadmap involving different type of projects - process related, Tech / automation, Target operating model etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnoseplex process issues and develop innovative solutions. Proficiency in BPM tools, BRD, process modelling techniques, and documentation standards. Experience with process automation technologies and tools, particularly within the context of global product enablement. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and emerging technologies relevant to global product development and enablement. Should have good sense of organizational change management required for agile transformation. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in order to understand our rapidly evolving product, business and client needs Experience working in a global, virtual environment with a virtual team across time zones Strong written and verbalmunication skills Shift timings (12-9PM IST) About State Street
