INTRODUCTION TO THE ROLE
We are seeking a seasoned

Management Consultant specialised in Logistics

to join our growing team in Kochi Location. As a

Business Excellence


team member, you will be focused on designing solutions for some of the most challenging and exciting problems that we are working to solve in the logistics industry.

You will be responsible for understanding the customer's business, supply chain challenges and building practical processes or technologically led solutions for these.

This role is varied and fast-paced – constantly adapting to the logistics industry's landscape and business needs.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct comprehensive analyses of client supply chain processes, gaining a profound understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities. Subsequently, develop and implement holistic solutions that address the entire logistics ecosystem.
Leverage exceptional analytical skills to extract actionable insights from complex data sets. Utilise these insights to inform strategic recommendations and drive impactful transformations within client supply chains.
Champion the execution of intricate logistics transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and quantifiable results.
Establish oneself as a subject matter expert on all facets of logistics within the organisation. Cultivate a deep understanding of best practices and emerging trends to foster continuous improvement.
Partner effectively with product and technology teams to translate business requirements into tangible product development initiatives. This will necessitate clear and concise communication to ensure alignment across all functions.
Demonstrate exceptional project management capabilities by taking ownership of complex projects and leading cross-functional teams to achieve successful completion. Maintain the highest technical standards and deliver exceptional quality in all project deliverables.
Provide comprehensive pre and post sales support to clients. This encompasses guiding them through implementation, testing, integrations, and ongoing optimisation efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS
MBA with 5+ years of dedicated experience in Logistics. Good to have experience working with B2B product-based organisations.
Proven experience in business excellence consulting or a demonstrably relevant field, with a specific focus on logistics.

Strong project management expertise is a necessity, with a demonstrably successful track record of leading teams to achieve project completion on time and within budget.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are paramount. The ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.
A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements in logistics and technology is highly desirable.
