The Chain IQ team in India consists of experienced sourcing professionals covering all indirect spend categories for our Clients.

The team provides Clients with a range of sourcing services covering the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, dependent on their needs, including market analysis, running market tenders, contract negotiation and contract drafting.

The primary purpose of the function is to deliver value-add sourcing services to Clients, in a structured, professional, and consistent manner.


Your tasks:

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Manages and delivers the endtoend recruitment and onboarding process, including:
  • Collaborates with the Hiring Managers, HR Team and wider Global HR recruiting team to open requisitions for all relevant positions, also responsible for job postings on LinkedIn and any other relevant recruitment sites and advertisement processes.
  • Ensures recruitment and onboarding activity is compliant with company policies and local employment laws and regulations where relevant
  • Manages the onboarding process for new recruits, including raising requests for systems setup, scheduling day 1 induction activities
  • Work on intern hiring & campus placements requirements
  • Coordinate for Agency hiring when ever needed.
  • Develops, implements and drives recruitment strategy and initiatives to establish Chain IQ in the market to attract talent, in conjunction with HR Team
  • Manage the Company LinkedIn Job Postings for India.
  • Works with the global HR team to develop and locally implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on open roles, industry standards, market specifics and the needs of the organization
  • Develop and update job description and job specifications
  • Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions, where relevant
  • Collects and analyses market information to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries/benchmarks, and wider market conditions

What we expect:

  • Experienced recruiter with proven background in sourcing for procurement, professional services or IT
  • Ability to design and implement recruitment strategies
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competencybased, cultural fitment, etc)
  • Good negotiation/influencing tactics to successfully deliver results in terms of accepted offers
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills focusing on meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with statutory law and compliance governing hiring
  • Experience in working in a global company, delivering local needs but in alignment with global HR strategies and processes
  • At least 5 years recruitment experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to deliver optimum results
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicanttracking software or other recruitment systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software
