Summary :

1) The candidate will be responsible for leading the management of PAN India Internet network along with management of network devices and equipments.

2) Monitor, manage and troubleshoot issues relating to Routing , ISP links, L2 Switches and related Security.

3) Manage the technical service and service management process.

(a)

Responsibilities :

1) Manage and Monitor the day to day Network Operations by leading and mentoring the team.

2) Responsible for the architecture, design, implementation and support of large enterprise Networks on Internet.

3) Monitor & Troubleshoot Networking devices (Switches, Routers of leading OEMs like CISCO, Juniper etc.).

4) Should support heterogenous network infrastructure consisting of Routers, Switches, Data Center Networking gear, Load balancers etc.

4) Manage & maintain medium to large scale Internet network/MPLS network.

5) Responsible for all protocols running in the network such as BGP, EIGRP & OSPF etc with strong knowledge in TCP/ IP, OSI models, understanding of IP SLA, reporting, etc.

6) Collaborate with a mix of Engineering teams to achieve a common goal.

7) Develop successful relationships with the client team members, partners and customers.

10) Identify gaps in existing network and security solutions and make suggestions on corrective action.

11) Develop and enforce engineering and operational processes and procedures in accordance with product offering, SLAs, and policies.

12) Responsible for budgeting and forecasting for all network and security infrastructure services.

13) Depth knowledge of understanding and managing the Solarwind Monitoring tool .

15) Provide Continual Service Improvement efforts by continuously optimizing performance, stability and capacity for the Network and services.

16) Prepare HLD & LLD, generate configuration template for network changes, and hardening Network devices.

17) Monitor & drive team performance, including throughput and quality.

III Requirements:
(a)

Education:
B.E/ B.Tech, M.Tech/MCA (Computer/IT)/B.Sc (Computers)

(b)


Experience: 1) 9 plus years of experience working on large and complex Enterprise Networks or BSC (Computers) with 10 plus years of experience in handling large and complex Enterprise Networks.

2) Must have hands-on experience in Routing protocols like MPLS (traffic engineering, L2/L3 VPN), BGP-4/MP-BGP, ISIS, OSPF/OSPFv3, EIGRP, RSVP, RSVP, LDP, VXLAN, Network Access Control, 802.1x, VPN.

3) Experience in SD-WAN technology - Mandatory

4) Experience in resolving technical issus, managing calls / incidents related to all network issues within defined timelines.

6) Experience in Troubleshooting on various layers (LAN & WAN i.e. Access, Distribution, Core). - Mandatory

7) Experience in securing Network Systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access - Mandatory

8) Experience in handling Shift Operations across 24x- Mandatory

9) In-depth knowledge and understanding and managing the monitoring tools and syslog servers - Mandatory

10) Atleast 4 years experience in leading a NOC of L1/L2/L3 engineers. - Mandatory

11) Extensive experience leading and managing complex internet solutions from design to implementation. - Mandatory

12) Experience of multi-vendor / multi-service IP networks, multi-vendor equipment and network protocols. - Mandatory

13) Must have handled minimum 10 members of team size. - Mandatory

14) Experience in Software Defined Network (SDN) - Desirable

15) Experience in Security devices will be an added advantage. - Added advantage

16) Experience in dealing with banks / financial institutions /NBFCs will be an added advantage. - Added advantage
