About you and this role

Dow's Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Improve & Scale Digital Solutions team delivers value to the company, our businesses, our customers, and our employees by defining, enabling, and supporting processes and system capability needed by our businesses. We are looking for a Business Process Expertise Manager, aligned with the ISC Improve & Scale Digital Solutions team located in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will execute against strategy and collaborate with global and regional peers to deliver optimal solutions that our supply chain operations will utilize to run our business. You will collect and understand work process and system requirements from our stakeholders to define and deliver solutions in alignment with our design principles. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for providing deep functional and user expertise for work processes, systems (including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, OM Partners, Oracle Transportation Management, etc.), technologies, applications, and other products aligned with and/or utilized by Customer Service, Business Planning, Logistics, and Site Logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will leverage best practices for adult learning to create and develop content as well as occasionally deliver training to various stakeholders. You will provide everyday support to our run-the-business operations, with a continuous improvement mindset to further enhance our strategic solutions and drive business results for Dow. You will work under the functional guidance of Global Business Process Leaders and leverage expertise to mentor and coach team members including Business Process Specialists. You will collaborate with Business Process Teams both within and outside of ISC and have a close connection with counterparts within the Information Systems organization.

Responsibilities

As part of a Business Process Capability team, accountable to possess in-depth understanding and knowledge of the work process, systems, technologies, applications, data and metrics Guide the Business Process Capability team in resolving issues, explaining functionality, gathering work process requirements, and insuring work process knowledge transfer Interfaces with peer organizations representing adjacent processes in support of corporate initiatives and projects which may include requirements gathering, evaluation, testing set up and execution, data migration and quality, and implementation Create, develop and occasionally deliver training, facilitate mentoring, knowledge transfer and coaching across various levels of support model Monitors consistency and performance between promised and delivered value to our customers Identifies gaps in global capabilities driven from external best practices and new emerging technologies

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience required in Supply Chain, Customer Service or improves roles Bachelor ́s Degree

Preferred Skills

Digital mindset Disciplined and strong process, system and project management skills

Additional notes

To support global operations, ability to support alternate time zones required (North America, EMEAI, LAA and APAC) Relocation support is not provided for this role
