The Water Technology Research (WaTeR) Lab of the Center has ongoing projects on monitoring water quality, advanced treatment technologies and resource recovery from wastewater.


You will get to experience an upcoming world-class research center, and manage an advanced laboratory by facilitating the research of its users.

You will also participate and contribute towards the Center's research, leading to impactful demonstrations and publications.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to research projects (e.g., planning and conducting experiments, analysis and interpretation of results, preparing reports and publications)
  • Supporting in identifying funding opportunities and preparing grant proposal
  • Coordinating operation of WaTeR Lab (e.g., developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supervising students/interns, scheduling of shared resources, following analytical protocols and record keeping requirements, proper waste disposal etc.)
  • Supporting other CWS activities (e.g. events), as needed
