Job Purpose

The incumbent will lead financial operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in taxation, accounting, memo documentation, and audit support. Their role is vital for providing strategic insights, contributing to the organization's enduring financial strength.

Job Responsibilities

Daily Accounting Excellence

  • Daily accounting transactions in Tally for the Group Company (Internal & External).
  • Handle Contracts Staffing, Permanent Recruitment, Sub-Vendor routing & Other invoices as an if required.
  • Record, maintain & Reconcile bank statements on regular basis i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.
  • Book payroll entries and manage other expenses (purchase, reimbursement, journal, credit card).
  • Oversee ESIC, EPFO, GST, TDS, Professional Tax etc returns, payments, audits, and other related matters.
  • Manage Additions / deletions of employees with insurance of IndiHire Group like GMC, GPA & term Insurance.

Company Payroll and Financial Management

  • Administer Group Company Payroll for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage additions/deletions in payroll and finalize Salary TDS for employees.
  • Follow up on billing with clients, share invoices, and manage payment follow-ups.
  • Scrutinize and monitor books of accounts.
  • Handle weekly / monthly payments & managing sub-vendors.
  • Takes care of timely release of employees / deputed candidate's salary & FnF's.
  • Provide reports related to outstanding, invoicing, performance etc. as an if required.
  • Coordinates with compliance / legal team for CLRA monthly / quarterly / half-yearly / annual audits.
  • Handle petty cash, daily office expenses, and travel bookings.
  • Coordinate & resolve auditor's queries in the finalization of books of accounts.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks related to finance and compliance assigned by management.

Follow-Up and Coordination:

  • Effectively follow up with Project Cost Heads (PCHs) for both monthly and fortnightly projections.
  • Manage sub-vendor invoices follow-up for IndiHire and TechWise.
  • Coordinate with Manager for subcontractor attendances in IndiHire and TechWise.
  • Coordinate / take care of all insurance policies purchase / renewals like GMC, GPA, PI, CGL, Office Protector, Term Insurance, Car insurances etc.
  • Follow-ups & coordination with clients related to outstanding payments from them.
  • Coordinates with vendors for NO DUE CERTIFICATES on quarterly basis.

Audit and Miscellaneous Tasks:

  • Reconcile books of accounts on monthly / quarterly / half-yearly / annual basis.
  • Coordinate & resolve auditor's queries in finalizing books of accounts.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by management related to finance and compliance.

Required Knowledge

  • Expertise in financial planning and strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills for financial data analysis and model creation.
  • Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and effective risk management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in forecasting and accurate budget management.
  • Proficient in Tally and other financial software.
  • Proficient in Salary PayPack - Payroll Software.
  • Strong understanding of TDS, GST, and compliance calculations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
