Lead Operations:

A rare opportunity for a passionate, impact-oriented Programme/Operations Lead to deliver combined goals of social impact for the extremely poor and career development for teens with a cutting-edge Non Governmental Organization.

The NGO has built and validated a unique high-tech, low-touch model of extreme poverty eradication with outstanding results in multiple pilots, and has plans to lift 1 Million beneficiaries out of extreme poverty in the next 3 years.

We are now building a unique donor engagement model which:

• Connects donor families with beneficiaries to directly drive social impact through a structured volunteer program
• Delivers value to both donor families and beneficiary families
• Drives unprecedented interest from donor families in early tests

The Role: Ideal candidate has up-to 5 years of relevant experience in either in an NGO or Community Development or Education or Learning & Development, ideally working with Teens. Ex-Teach for India or similar program candidates will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create creative, engaging and ageappropriate content to guide 1318 year old's in making their social impact goals come to life.
• Own the entire process of running the program for 1318 year old's, from orientation to live projects to recognition. As the primary contact point, you will set up a bestinclass, NPS 100 experience, requiring immense zeal and desire for excellence.
• Guide and evaluate the efforts of the volunteers to drive results for both donors and beneficiaries. The delivery of this program will be critical for rapid scaling of the NGO to impact 1 million ultrapoor families in 3 years.
