Roles & Responsibility

  • Develop creative content, frame new questions and write easytounderstand solutions.
  • Review content and questions created by other SME/Content Developers to ensure quality.
  • Ensure constant upgradation of existing content for our various courses.
  • Analyse and research exam patterns, types of questions and difficulty levels to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams.
  • Planned, develop and execute the launch of new Test Series & Courses in coordination with Content Managers and other team members.
  • Analyze the performance of content using highend analytical tools, draw insights and improve content quality.
  • Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts.
  • Train Content Developers (both inhouse and freelancers) to make them deliver better content.
  • Write informative articles on various topics for Testbook's blog that will help students in their preparation.

What we are looking for:

years of total work experience in Ed-Tech companies or product companies or any fast-growing startups etc.

  • Must have appeared/Qualified for any PGT/TGT Exam
  • An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference in the education sector in India.
  • Should have a strong passion for education, and be willing to learn new things.
  • Selfdriven, creative and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning.
  • Prior experience in teaching and content development.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
