Responsibilities Bespecific when describing eachWe are looking for an experienced anddetailoriented Provider and Network ManagementSpecialistto join our team at YourDOST aleading B2B workplace wellness service provider. Theidealcandidate will be responsible forestablishing and managing relationships with wellnessserviceproviders ensuring a robust networkand maintaining the quality of services delivered toourcorporateclients.

ResponsibilitiesProvider Network Development:
Identify evaluate and establishrelationships with wellnessservice providersincluding fitness centres healthcare professionals Hospitalsandnutritionists

Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement standards and guidelinesfor the delivery ofwellness services withinthe provider network. Monitor and assess the qualityandeffectiveness of services provided bynetwork partners.

Network Adequacy:
Assessand maintain the adequacy of the provider network to meettheneeds of corporate clients and theiremployees. Collaborate with the sales andaccountmanagement teams to align networkcapabilities with client requirements.

Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships withexisting wellness serviceproviders to fostercollaboration and resolve any issues promptly. Act as the primarypoint ofcontact for providers addressinginquiries concerns andfeedback.

Provider Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for newwellness service providersensuringcompliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Conductorientation sessions to familiarizeproviders with our program objectives andexpectations.

Performance Analysis:
Analyzekey performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluatetheeffectiveness and efficiency of theprovider network. Implement improvementsandadjustments as needed to optimize networkperformance.

Data Analysis:
Analyze providerperformance data and utilization metrics to identifytrendsareas for improvement andopportunities for optimization. Provide insights tosupportstrategicdecisionmaking.

Compliance &Regulation:
Stay informed about relevant industry regulations andcompliancerequirements. Ensure that allproviders adhere to regulatory standards andmaintainnecessarycertifications.

Reporting:
Generate regularreports on provider network performance service utilizationandclient satisfaction. Collaborate withinternal teams to provide insights andrecommendationsfor programenhancement.
RequirementBachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. Mastersdegree preferred. Proven experience inprovider network management preferably in the healthcare orwellnessindustry.
Strong negotiation and contract managementskills. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills. Familiarity withregulatory requirements and standards in the wellness or healthcaresector. 3 years of experience in providernetwork management 3 years of experience inmarket research preferably in the workplace wellness orhealthcareindustry.
