Your role

s & responsibilities: Manage annual enrollment process including vendor coordination, systems testing, and communication dissemination. Prepare reports and manage benefit related data as well administration in regard to invoices for payment and benefit renewal. Partner with benefits team to drive awareness of our various leave programs through the design and delivery of communication campaigns and assets for both employees and organizational leaders. Leverage employee feedback as well as data from internal and external sources to identify trends and best practices in APAC benefits programs. Support the Director, APAC Benefits to identify and onboard new benefits, vendors and partners. Support the successful implementation of new program, policies and initiatives. Interpret, apply and maintain knowledge of relevant regulations, employment laws and other requirements in the APAC Region. Manage the development/review of benefit summaries and booklets.

What we expect you to have :

5 years of experience with administration of benefits or as an HR generalist. Proven analytic proficiency (Excel) and development of engaging presentations (PowerPoint). Understanding of local laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Bachelor's degree or meaningful work experience. Experience working with accounting or data reporting and becomes comfortable with financial/cost analysis. Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. Excellent attention to detail; ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
