Supervisory Responsibilities:
Monitor & deliver key metrics Hire/Prepare/Develop Talents for strategic pipeline and lead/support projects Will manage a team of ten or more engineers.Will mentor, provide feedback and perform appraisal of the team members in highly professional manner.Drive tangible action based on the team's feedback.Med Device Compliance:
Be proficient with and mentor others in usage of industry standards, including risk management and usability engineering as per applicable regulations. Lead creation and refinement of engineering documentation, such as the Design History file, risk tables, etc. Follow and mentor others on R&D procedures like design controls and risk management, per the Quality Management System.General Responsibilities:
Work cooperatively with all stakeholders to ensure project success.Identify and support the creation of or improvements to procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology.Support and execute segments of complex multifunctional teams to advance projects through the design /development/launch process.Deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build partnership to achieve business , project management as well as understanding of business and future early trends in business and technology. The incumbent will build and maintain strong relationships between product development and advanced operations teams (System Engineering, User Experience, QA) to ensure that we're delivering the right product for customers with risk assessment and usability engineering requirements meeting the state of art requirement.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring quality of products as per the required specifications within target product cost, time, and performance.
Technical Responsibilities:
Responsible for the timely and quality deliveries of the Projects/Tasks.Work as point of contact for all project related aspects with the stakeholders.Ensure continual improvement in customer satisfaction, delivering higher value services and productivity.Managing partnerships with cross functional departments and other SME as needed.Contribute to absorption of new technologies, processes, and methods.Develop an open culture to instill confidence, diversity of perspectives and knowledge sharing.Develop an environment to focus on customer needs.Continuously monitors global Quality operations, across multiple geographies, to ensure that the organization and processes are aligned with the needs of the business.Lead the identification, assessment, monitoring, and closure of project risks throughout the project lifecycle.Communicating frequently across all project stakeholders to ensure project team and senior management are aware of upcoming milestones and risks/issues.Degree in Engineering, Science discipline or equivalent. Business Management or MBA is an advantage.Minimum of 10 years' experience in a Medical, Pharmaceutical, Bio-Medical/Pharma, Automotive or regulated manufacturing environment.A strong communicator and entrepreneurial thinker, who is comfortable dealing with business ambiguity and organizational change.Experience in New Product Development.2+ years previous people management experience is required.About StrykerStryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
