TITLE:
Cloud Senior Associate Software EngineerWHAT YOU'LL DOParticipate in a high-performing global team of cloud engineers and software developers.
Develop and implement cloud automation strategies and methodologies, with a strong focus on providing a self service experience.
Establish guidelines and patterns to implement a Global SaaS cloud architecture.
Define Service Level Indicators and Objectives for components of the platform.
Work on the design and implementation of automation modules.
Collaborate closely with other DevOps teams to seamlessly integrate applications with the platform built-in CI/CD solution.
Champion the adoption of best practices in CI/CD and SRE principles.
Develop and implement a thorough telemetry framework that allows visibility into the current performance and behavior of the platform.
Become an expert in Terraform and Azure cloud.
Participate in debugging and troubleshooting efforts, utilizing your deep technical expertise, to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones and regions.
Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to DevOps, SRE, and cloud products.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud automation and CI/CD processes.

WHAT YOU'VE DONEExperience working in engineering teams leveraging Cloud-native technologies in a SaaS space with focus on automation, performance, scale, security, and reliability.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience (4+ years) in software development and 2+ years experience with cloud infrastructure engineering, with a background in using provisioning tools specially Terraform.

Experience with implementing cloud-based products and services.
Deep understanding of DevOps principles and experience integrating self service principles into Cloud provisioning and CI/CD pipelines.
Previous experience in implementing an Internal Developer Platform.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams.
Having a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
