  • Facilitate and support Third Party vendor's for the voice connectivity to PBXs and any 911 emergency services/equipment.
  • Provide detailed explanation of Outages that identify the scope impact and preventative measures being taken to prevent future similar Outages (if required coordinating with the OEM).
  • Manage Voicemail services, Directory Listing, documentation of the entire telephony setup.
  • Industry standard Certifications.
