, to Lead team responsible for IT Infrastructure, knowledge in Hardware and Networking as per Cyber Security standards.

Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Network / Hardware / Firewall / Server/Desktop/Laptops/ Switch/EPABX/ Database/ Biometric/ Virtualization, both on-premise and on-Cloud.


Detailed Skill Set:

  • Lead team responsible for aspects of IT Infrastructure, Excellent knowledge in Hardware and Networking as per Cyber Security standards.
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Network / Hardware / Firewall / Server/Desktop/Laptops/ Switch/EPABX/ Database/ Biometric/ Virtualization, both onpremise and in Cloud and other Active components.
  • Minimum Skills CCNA/CCNP, MCSA
  • To manage Firewall, create and modify rules, provide/restrict internet access to all users
  • To attend and resolve all software and hardware related issues
  • To train IT Executives and motivate them to ensure compliance
  • Monitor the functionality of server and perform periodical preventive maintenance, kept the server down time very mínimal
  • Develop and execute disaster procedures, and ensure data backups accordingly ( A Disaster recovery specialist)
  • Maintains inventory documentation of all IT peripherals
  • Mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals
  • Organize, schedule, and supervise the daytoday technical support activities, including troubleshooting, Users service issues, approvals, and installations
  • Measure, monitor, and maintain team's ability to meet or exceed contact and resolution SLA
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and processes
  • Manage escalations and ensure the team is responsive to the needs of the Institution.
  • Interact with management and staff to provide continuous improvement of IT solutions
  • Work with other internal teams to ensure critical infrastructure projects progress as per plan
  • Learn new technologies and stay uptodate on solutions for IT infrastructure
  • Communicate (written/verbal) with management, key users, and external vendors
  • Build and maintain key relationships with other IT teams, stakeholders, and other external partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Provide oncall support as required
