React JS Developer with .NET Core

Experience Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced React JS Developer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing web applications using React JS and .NET Core, as well as a solid understanding of web development principles and best practices.


Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement web applications using React JS and .NET Core, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project milestones. 3. Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code, adhering to industry standards and best practices. 4. Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and usability issues. 5. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve coding standards and practices. 6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate relevant advancements into the development process. 7. Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 8. Work closely with QA teams to ensure that applications meet quality standards and requirements. 9. Contribute to the overall project management process, including estimation, scheduling, and risk assessment. 10. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize development processes and improve overall team productivity.

Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2.

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on React JS and .NET Core.

3. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and other web technologies. 4. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. 5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 8. A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality of your work. 9. Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum is a plus. 10. A passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
