Position Summary:
The Information Technology team is seeking an experienced Systems Specialist in SAP Security/GRC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering SAP Security projects, support, and compliance activities.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This role does not involve managing any direct or indirect reports.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot SAP authorizations across various SAP systems
  • Analyze, design, and implement business requirements into the SAP Security landscape
  • Create user roles, authorizations, and user accounts for existing operations and new implementations
  • Collaborate in architecting solutions and customizing
  • Develop training materials, configuration documents, and organize training sessions
  • Prepare system documentation and improve systems through upgrades and rollouts
  • Estimate project time and cost, coordinate development, and define project scope
  • Provide Level 3 support for SAP Security applications
  • Conduct detailed analysis sessions with end users and SMEs
  • Define Business SAP Security Blueprints and work with Global Competency Centers
  • Prepare comprehensive business requirements documentation and conduct complex user acceptance testing for SAP Security
  • Manage multiple projects from end to end, including analysis, requirements gathering, UAT, and post-production verification
  • Monitor and provide recurring reporting, handle ad-hoc data requests, and conduct periodic audits
  • Coordinate with internal and external audits

Basic Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SAP Security in various applications and working knowledge of SAP GRC, Fiori, and S/4 HANA Security
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in SAP Security/GRC in the technology industry
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computers, IT, or related field
  • SAP Security/GRC certification preferred
  • Experience with ASAP methodology and handling vendor teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a global perspective

Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
  • Ability to drive change and possess advanced cross-cultural awareness and communication skills
  • Experience in building processes, controls, and governance for mission-critical projects

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Openness to work in an office or fully remote in various locations
  • Completion of a background investigation and drug screen required for employment
