We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr Google Cloud Devops Lead / Google Cloud Devops Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture and a proven track record of successfully managing support or managed services projects on Google Cloud Platform.

Role: Sr Google Cloud Devops Lead / Google Cloud Devops Architect

Location : Remote work

Duration : Full time

Work timings : 2 PM to 11 PM , should be able to available on need basis during the EST hours.

Please note : We are looking for a resource can join us in days or less maximum

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Design, Architect and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Responsible for Monitoring Google Cloud i nfrastructure, improve platform, maintain security, manage patches, configure software, and oversee backups.
  • Responsible for implementing, automating, deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting and administering Google Cloud application's infrastructure.
  • Continuously improve CI/CD & infrastructure for better reliability, observability, performance & scalability.
  • Troubleshooting operational issues across multiple complex systems and propose and implement new solutions
  • You will take responsibility for the availability, performance, infrastructure security and scalability of our Applications.
  • Contributing to important architectural and operational decisions like microservices vs. monoliths, deployment techniques, technologies, policies, etc.
  • Keep cost in control and ensure optimized solutions are in place plus there are no leakages.
  • Help your coworkers by creating documentation and detailed knowledge sharing for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the group of team and ensure the project is up and running without any operational issues.

Skills Required:

  • Strong Experience in Designing & Architecting solutions leveraging GCP Services.
  • In depth knowledge of key GCP services – GCE, GKE, GAE, GCS, Cloud SQL, VPC, Resource Manager, StackDriver, Cloud CDN, Cloud IAM .
  • Should have hands-on experience with Terraform/Ansible.
  • Expertise in using various CI/CD tools like Jenkins/CircleCi/GoCd/Teamcity etc..
  • Excellent Experience in Automating infrastructure by using Shell/Bash/ Python.
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Debugging skills is highly recommended.
