The Opportunity :


We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Xamarin Developer to join our growing mobile development team You will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and deployment of innovative cross-platform mobile applications using Xamarin.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Xamarin expert to lead a talented team, contribute to the mobile development strategy, and drive the success of our mobile initiatives.


Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainability principles.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in Xamarin, . NET, and mobile development trends, and share knowledge with the team.

Architecture and Design :

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex crossplatform mobile applications using Xamarin.
  • Forms and native integrations when necessary.
  • Participate in technical discussions, analyze requirements, and translate them into effective mobile app solutions.
  • Ensure efficient use of APIs and services to deliver robust and scalable mobile experiences.

Project Management :

  • Manage the entire mobile development lifecycle from conception to deployment, including planning, task delegation, and progress tracking.
  • Estimate project timelines and resources effectively, ensuring project delivery within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver highquality mobile applications.

Development and Delivery :

  • Work alongside developers to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using C# and Xamarin.
  • Implement robust testing strategies (unit testing, integration testing, UI testing) to guarantee code quality and application functionality.
  • Oversee the deployment process, ensuring smooth app releases on various platforms (iOS, Android).

Technical Skills :

  • 79 years of experience working as a Xamarin Developer or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in Xamarin.
  • Forms for crossplatform mobile development.
  • Strong understanding of . NET development principles (C#) and objectoriented programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Experience with mobile APIs, data persistence, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks and tools (a plus).
