ROLE:


To identify gaps in the current digital processes in the Corporate Business Group vertical in order to create and implement strategies for development, execution and growth of digital initiatives for the channel.

Maximus- Handle API Integration process by working closely with Broker's IT team and our internal team, perform UAT and resolve queries for various brokers Pan India.

Raise ITHD calls and liaison with IT team to resolve issues related to
CRM, B-Connect Portal, Corporate Portal, CBMs, Maximus and ACM.

Identify gaps to develop and integrate new functionalities for
CRM by coordinating with
CRM-IT team.

Identify and add new features to the broker portal & corporate portal to enhance digitization and reduce manual/offline dependencies.

Participate in Project Maximus by testing the new functionalities, providing feedback and drive for adoption in CBG.

Conduct training for
CRM users from time to time and keep the usage on track for complete business mapping and lead updates on the platform.

Collaborate with Sales Training for conducting training for the channel/partners as per requirement.

Drive business through the digital platform -B Connect Portal (for our brokers) in terms of retail policy issuance, reduction in manual intervention in daily business activities like RN download, policy download, bill upload, etc.

Provide technical support to the business teams and IMDs alike to ensure smooth usage of the digital platforms including but not restricted to
CRM, B Connect
Execute all levels of testing of the digital platform and design modifications based on the test results.
Monitor the project progress closely and communicate the same to the senior leadership.

Collect continuous feedback on the digital platforms from the business teams and validate the same by cross referencing them with the leadership.

Create BRDs, process notes and FTC for new functionalities.
Monitoring and usage analysis of Broker Portal, Corporate Portal &
CRM. For API and CBM links, analyze the return on investment in terms of man-hours invested.
Handling of ACM for rights and configurations to be provided to CBG channel members.

Collaborate with cross functional teams for new requirements received from clients/brokers like customization in Web service integration, app features, configurations on third party platforms, etc.- Provide tailor made solutions to the client/broker for ease of doing business.
