Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential influencers aligned with our brand values, target audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Support in building and maintaining relationships with influencers through outreach, communication, and negotiation.
  • Coordinate logistics for influencer partnerships, including product shipments, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and track influencer content performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, social media, and creative, to develop compelling influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
  • Assist in analyzing competitor influencer marketing strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support for influencer marketing initiatives, including organizing files, compiling reports, and maintaining databases.
  • Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance influencer marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Assist in managing influencer relationships and communication to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong passion for social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of [number] hours per week for the duration of the internship.
