  • Candidates has to be possess experience in FMCG/ Foods/ Beverages Industry.
  • Experience in General Trade / FMCG Sales/ Retail Sales / B2C Sales.
  • Experience in Sales Planning, Sales Strategy/ Distribution Planning etc.
  • Experience in Team handling and allocation of resources for Channel Sales, Distributor Sales, Competitor Analysis, ROI, etc.
  • Candidates has to handle large team size of atleast 100 head counts and 500 distributors.
  • Education:
MBAs from Premier Institutes.

Scope of work:

  • Set, achieve, and monitor key performance targets for sales
  • Develop and coordinate the company's sales function and all salesrelated activities
  • Full P&L responsibility for managing all General Trade channels
