Company Overview:

Codei5 Academy is seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our courses and services to potential students and businesses, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the academy.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and businesses to introduce our courses and programs.
  • Explain the benefits and features of our courses and services.
  • Answer any questions or concerns potential customers may have.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow-up with them regularly.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote our courses and services to businesses and organizations.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Atleast 1 year experience in telemarketing, sales, or business development is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the education industry and technology sector is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
