Position:
Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant at Angroos, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our front office operations and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from gift designing to client dealing over the phone and efficient inventory management.
Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be integral to the overall success of our corporate gifting solutions.Roles and Responsibilities:
Front Office Support:
Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. Provide a warm and welcoming experience to clients and guests.
Gift Designing:
Collaborate with our creative team to ideate and design unique and innovative gift options for our corporate clients. Ensure that the gifts align with their branding and preferences.
Client Dealing through Phone:
Handle client inquiries, orders, and feedback over the phone in a courteous and professional manner. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their gifting needs better.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels, restocking, and quality control. Maintain accurate records of gift items and packaging materials, ensuring availability at all times.
Order Processing:
Assist in order processing and coordination with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of gifts.
Data Entry and Documentation:
Maintain and update client databases, records, and relevant documentation.
General Office Support:
Provide administrative support to various teams as required, including filing, printing, scanning, and organizing office supplies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creativity and a keen interest in gift designing are a plus.
- Ability to handle client interactions with tact and professionalism.
- Prior experience in inventory management is advantageous.
