Keep track of admissions.

  • Take detailed round of the check the OPD and check the OPD facilities (Cleaning, linen, stock, stationery, instruments, Equipments etc
  • Keep track of registered OPD patients and their waiting time. Incase the patient is waiting for more than 10 min, he must guide the staff to inform the patient s regarding the delay with valid reason
  • Inform doctor's timing and unavailability to respective departments and display for patient knowledge.
  • Ensure all OPD patient reports are given on time to the patients/respective department.
  • Coordinate the transfer / shifting of patient from emergency towards/ICU keeping the concerned doctor in loop
  • Coordinate with other facilities to ensure least lag time during OPD based laboratory/radiology/ pharmacy requests.
  • Coordinate the MR appointment with respective doctors and ensure no MR to interrupt during OPD hours.
  • Coordinate and monitor the patient appointment system and ensure minimum delays before and after consultation.

Pay:
₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
