THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic large-scale operation in the banking industry.


A data quality analyst role focussed on the delivery of data quality outcomes and remedial steps required to comply with Data Quality (DQ) Group Standards in the area of Financial Crime, specifically focused on Project Jeremiah and transformation of end-to-end AML processes.


Your day-to-day activities will include:
Analyse and evaluate DQ issues and perform root cause analysis to clearly articulate the problem

The ability to find solutions to problems and make informed decisions about which action to take next by facilitating in sessions with key stakeholders to drive and agree conclusions

Adapts to changing requirements, re-prioritising and changing course as necessary, supporting their team in making any necessary changes

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Exposure to data integration design strategies both for internal and external customer usage

Business/Data analysis and storytelling methods to present complex data issues in a simple and engaging manner

Analytical skills with preferential experience in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Confluence

Attention to detail, pragmatic in approach
