Lesson Delivery:
the lesson plan prepared are followed along with the mentioned resources and activities.
all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
make use of effective pedagogical styles to suit different aptitudes, learning styles and interest of the students.

Student Administration:
discipline is maintained in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school
maximum student participation and assist students in improving study habits.
keep a check on basic hygiene and attention to health matters seriously and diligently of each child.

Classroom Functioning:
an effective learning environment through functional and attractive displays, bulletin boards, and interest centers
a positive and professional relationship with parents are maintained & provide feedback to parents.

Secondary Responsibility:

Administration / School Policies:
compile, maintain, and ensure confidentiality of school records.
adhere to all the policies in force/ introduced from time to time and actively implement the same.

carry out any work of a similar level not specified in this job description at the request of the coordinator.

conduct quarterly stock check of the teaching aids along with the coordinator.
participate in professional development through internal and external courses, seminars, conferences, and events.
all meetings convened by the principal and coordinators.
liaising and collaborating with resource person and other.

Work Relations:
with Principal for academic related issues.
with Co- teachers and other staff members as and when required.
Interfacing with Admin, Finance, HR, Technology for any people for any operational issues
