Job description Job details - Customer Service - Voice Call (USA)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers via telephone to describe products and/or services.
  • Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions.
  • Be willing to place 1050 calls per day reading a script and transferring calls if customer is interested.
  • Be willing to accept incoming calls and eventually answering basic information and or make hotel reservations on behalf of the guest at our hotel.
  • Be willing to learn new tasks and help others with their tasks.
  • Calls to be answered or placed between 3 PM and 11 PM IST Monday thru Saturday EST no calls whatsoever after this time block.

3 PM IST - 11:00 PM IST

  • Job Location: Ernakulam City.

Salary:
₹30,000.00 per month
