RSA-Advisor, Business Systems Analysis

Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, Design integration solutions, Unit Test changes, and Prepare technical design documents.
- Understand and follow development standards, operational life cycle and provide handson delivery guidance with best practices.
- Identify risks and pain points with ongoing engagement, develop, and implement mitigation measures.
- Work on internal processes, share knowledge and contribute to the developer's community.
- Participate in continuous improvement of Dell Boomi Cloud iPaaS.
- Learn business processes, understand the impact on integrations, and proactively resolve the issues if any.
- Need to be a strong team player.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of Dell Boomi experience and a minimum of 1year experience with Software Development Life Cycle
- Dell Boomi Atmosphere Certifications (Professional Integration Developer and Administrator)
- Experience working with and manipulating XML/JSON/File/Database profiles, Cloud/Local Atom Management, API Management, Custom Connectors, Functions using JavaScript.
- Boomi Administration experience with AtomSphere Platform, Atom/User/Token Management, Atom Workers, Listeners, Deployments, Process Reporting
- Working knowledge of API security, authentication, authorization, IP security setup, and endpoint configuration.
- Experience with Master Data Hub
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and resolving production incidents within the given SLA
- Experience with reviewing design documents, data mappings, business rules, and functional test scenarios
- Perform unit testing for approved enhancements or bug fixes to production Boomi integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce CPQ, Sales & Service Clouds.
