As the Presales Cloud Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in crafting a winning technical solution that tightly aligns with our customer's desired outcomes, industry best practices, umbrella portfolio offerings, and emerging innovative technologies.
- Experience in architecting and designing technical solutions for AWScentric solutions based on industry standards using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities.
- Preparing technical & commercial presentations, SOWs, and proposals based on requests for information (RFI) & request for proposal (RFP).
- Understand client business goals and outcomes and align the company solutions to the client's endtoend architectural framework.
- Analyze architecture pain points to determine the best and costeffective technical solutions and gain experience with tools, technologies, and platforms across many technology stacks.
- Experience with multitier systems and service design and development for large enterprises.
- Experience with Cloud Transformation/Optimization or Cloud Migration (Lift-Shift or Lift-TinkerShift, App Modernize (Monolith to Microservices) projects with Enterprise customers in a multiregion, multiavailability zone heterogeneous cloud environment.
- Experience building and supporting missioncritical technology components with DR and backup capabilities.
- Expert knowledge in AWS Micro Services, Containerization, Kubernetes Services, Serverless Architecture, Migration & DevOps.
- Knowledge and exposure to DevOps concepts and ability to design release pipelines for infrastructure and applications leveraging AWS native services and open source/SaaS tools and services.
- Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, DSC, Puppet, Chef, Salt, etc.
- Supporting the entire Sales team to achieve their numbers & services.
- 35+ years of experience in technical presales and solutions, ideally a track record of working on AWS cloud Management services.
- 3+ years of infrastructure architecture managed services.
- 3+ years of experience working in a Presales.
- Strong alliance experience with AWS cloud.
- Focus on adding handson technical expertise, ensuring outcomes meet the highest technical standards.
- Ability to think creatively and analytically.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate.
- Excellent presentation and articulation skills.
- Resultoriented with the ability to drive consistent business performance, and be proactive in understanding the needs of our customers/clients.
- Willing to travel to customer locations for meetings, whiteboard, and workshops.
- A strong stage presence and ability to manage client interactions, requirementgathering discussions, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction providing technical and nontechnical support to multiple users.
- Learn new things, and grow rapidly from constant exposure to innovative ideas, concepts, and patterns by continuously researching and evaluating new technologies to keep abreast of current solutions.
