  • Coordinate with Different stakeholders and facilitate query resolution for Students and his family.
  • Systematically maintain student data at every stage and follow through process.
  • Work hand in hand with different stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of student acquisition process.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Graduate and above. Must have 1-3 years of work experience with student counseling, sales or direct customer dealing profile.
  • Extremely comfortable with English and Hindi language. Proficiency in spoken English. Should be comfortable with working on computer.
  • Extremely confident with interactions.
  • Good at recording and maintaining student data and follow ups on CRM
  • A go getter with willingness to learn new processes and collaborate with multifunction to execute strategies from acquiring to enrolling students.
